Courage Through This Storm
A visual embodiment of resilience, “Courage Through the Storm’ portrays a ballerina moving through chaos with strength and grace—each brushstroke a dance between vulnerability and power. Created through an intuitive process, this piece is not only about surviving pain, but transforming it. The act of making—layering colour, texture, and emotion—becomes an act of healing in itself. It speaks to the quiet, essential courage found in choosing self-love, again and again, even when the world feels wild and uncertain.

Each print includes a uniformly sized white border, thoughtfully added to accommodate framing and to possibly feature signature or edition information.
- X SMALL Prints include a 1.5cm (0.6”) white border on paper.
- SMALL Prints include a 1.5cm (0.6”) white border on paper.
- MEDIUM Prints include a 3 cm (1.2”) white border on paper.
- LARGE Prints include a 3 cm (1.2”) white border on canvas.
- EXTRA LARGE Prints include a 5 cm (2”) white border on canvas.
- X EXTRA LARGE Prints include a 5 cm (2”) white border on canvas.
X Small, Small, and Medium prints are produced on Felix Schoeller True Rag Etching 310gsm—a high-quality, archival, and acid-free fine art paper. (These sizes are available on paper only.)
Large, X Large, and XX Large prints are printed on Hahnemühle Smooth Art Canvas 370gsm—an archival-grade, acid-free canvas with a refined finish.
If you prefer archival paper for any of the larger sizes, please feel free to reach out—I’m happy to accommodate where possible.
Fine Art Photography and Art Print Details:
Some select images have been personally chosen by Melanie for limited release. Every limited edition print is hand-signed and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, ensuring the provenance and value of your investment.

Please note:
All prints are made to order with care and intention. Once your order is received, it will be processed as promptly as possible while respecting the integrity of the materials and the printing process. We also wrap with great care and attention to detail. All products are made to order. Due to the nature of this custom process, we are unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Turnaround Time:
All photo and art prints are made to order with care and attention to detail. Once payment is received, your order will be processed promptly. Please allow approximately 7 to 10 days for production and wrapping before shipping, as each piece is individually prepared to ensure the highest quality.
SHIPPING AND PACKAGING
- Framed and unframed artworks available, as indicated in the description.
- Courier Options: I mostly use; The Courier Guy, DHL, or PostNet (location and size dependent)
- Delivery Time: 2–5 working days AFTER completion of the artwork and/or production.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking link once your package is on its way
Artwork Packaging
- All artworks are securely packaged in protective wrap and rigid boxes or tubes
- Framing is available for local orders at additional costs - enquire here for more info
- Mini prints and smaller pieces are shipped flat; larger works are rolled or boxed
